The building is situated in a quiet green street of Berlin with a playground next door. The next subway station 'Seestraße' is only a five minutes walk away. From there it is only a couple of stops to the city centres of former East and West Berlin. The tramway and several bus lines connect you with other quarters of the city like Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Just a short walk away from the holiday apartment is the highstreet 'Müllerstraße' with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cinemas. If you want to relax you can do so in the nearby park 'Rehberge'.

Only here it is allowed to smoke. The room is part of a 143m2 manorial old building apartment on the 3rd floor. It has been refurbished and is now decorated in a warm Terracotta tone with proper style stucco elements. Very high ceilings (3.8m) and huge windows give an unrestricted view of the German Technological Museum/”Gleisdreieck Park” and the “Potsdamer Platz” square that is only 2 stations away (10mins). The building is situated in the very central “Yorkstrasse “ street which is right at the border of the Berlin districts Kreuzberg and Schönefeld. Traffic connection is very good and right by the front door: S1 und S2-Yorckstrasse, U7 and U6-Mehringdamm, U1-Möckernbrücke, Metrobus M19 and Night Bus 19. From here you will never need more than 30 mins to reach even the most distant point of the city using public transportation no matter if it is day or night. The house is also located right next to the very popular “Bergmannkiez-Aria” with many interesting shops, restaurants and 2 parks.
