More apartment info: The apartment is situated in El Masnou about 200 from the beach. The building has a communitary pool and about 100m away a public park with a lake offers recreation facilities. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds (80x180cm) and the other one with one set of bunk beds. A double sofa bed in the living rooms offers further sleeping facilities. From the living room you have access to the terrace with a beautiful seaview. The kitchen is completely equipped and has access to a little wash room. There are two bathrooms both with bathtube. A parking space belongs to the apartment. In about 200 m you have an area with restaurants and shops. A bit further away (600m) you have the marina of El Masnou that offers different water activities. The apartment is located only about 14km from the capital Barcelona and well contected by train which goes several times per hour and takes about 20min to reach Barcelona City Centre. The airport can be reached with a direct connection in about 50 min. During high season weekly rentals are preferred staying from Saturday to Saturday.

More apartment info: A well furnished, two bedroom apartment which has undergone restoration work in June 2003 is located in the old part of the city. The apartment retains its original wooden beams in the ceiling and the building itself is more than 200 years old but is well conserved.
It has a large living/room dining room, on one end is there is a dining table with chairs and on the other end is the t.v and sofa. The sofa can be unfolded into a double bed for two people. There is an aire conditioning unit in the living room and ventilators in the bedrooms. There are two separate bedrooms neither have windows, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles. A new kitchen and bathroom have been fitted, in the bathroom there´s a new shower unit. The apartment is completely equipped to offer the client maximum comfort. Heaters are provided during winder and fans during summer.

The apartment is well distributed with an open kitchen / living room, bathroom and a bedroom - this is an interior bedroom with no windows. The apartment has air conditioning installed as well as ceiling fans. In the living room there are two single sofa beds for a third and fourth person. The apartment is ideal for two but can sleep up to four. The living room has a t.v and hi-fi and the kitchen includes a dishwasher, mircowave, coffeemaker, etc. There is a baby cot available upon request.

More apartment info: An ideal apartment for two or three people. There is one bedroom with two single beds and balcony windows as shown in the main photo. There´s a single sofa bed in the living room aswell as a t.v and stereo. The apartment has an equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. The apartment looks onto a little street with some small shops and coffee bars, there´s also a little park in front. It´s a second floor apartment, with no elevator. There are only two other people living in the building which means it´s fairly quite. You can walk to Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter or the Marina in about 15 minutes or catch the metro or one of the many buses that run that route. This is a typically Spanish area, there a few little supermarkets, shops and café´s round about.
Notes:
There is building working being carried on next to this building, some noise is to be expected - 20/10/2005.
A baby cot, free of charge, is available upon request.
For monthly rentals the water and electricity bill are not included in the rental price. The landlord will present an invoice for the amount used.
There is also an extra charge of 20€; if your arrival time to the apartment is after 21.30hrs.
